What are the check in and check out times?

Arrival time is from 4:00 pm and departures must be before 11:00 am.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once the purchase process is completed, an automatic e-mail is sent with the booking confirmation. Check your inbox within 24/48 hours of purchase and verify that you have received it correctly. We also advise you to check your spam folder. The document received in the confirmation e-mail is the document to be presented upon arrival at Mon Suites.

Can I request a crib? How much does it cost?

If this service is required, it must be requested by e-mail prior to arrival at Mon Suites through the special requests form or by calling (+34) 961 930 672.

It is a free service subject to availability.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Is parking available? Can I reserve it? What is the price?

We have private parking in Tapineria street 23 (below the apartments Mon Suites Catedral), the price per day is 18€ VAT included. Subject to availability upon arrival. Download the access plan here. (If it is not possible to download the file, you can request it by e-mail).

Can you store my luggage when I leave the room?

Yes, free of charge, you can leave it at the reception desk during the hours it is open.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

No, smoking is not permitted in the rooms or enclosed spaces (lounges, restaurants, etc.).
